If the boot drive has failed it involves opening up the PC, checking the type and state of the drive and potentially removing and replacing the drive, once that has been done you will then have to clean install Windows and the system drivers etc.

If you are okay with working inside of a computer we can walk you through it but any warranty check must be done first.

Your CPU was only released two years ago so it all depends on how long you have actually had the PC, if within 12 months you should contact the place of purchase, for any longer than 12 months see info here and here

I’m not sure if I have a warranty since I purchased my PC at CCL online, and I don’t think I signed up for a warranty or anything but I’ll be checking. If I do decided to do by my self what equipment would I need?

Thank you for all the help, I have just recently contacted a technical that can help me for tomorrow morning. Apparently he will be swapping the SSD and reinstalling Windows for Β£140
