Do you have an external drive to make a backup?
Or at least make a restore point.
        https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/create-a-system-restore-point-77e02e2a-3298-c869-9974-ef5658ea3be9#:~:text=In%20the%20search%20box%20on, in%20System%20Properties%2C%20select%20Create.
Then you can try post # 30 first
Then if problems found and fixed - Test
        If no problems found

I don’t have an external hard drive and but how could I test for it to be fixed if it’s random when the issue happens?

You just use the computer as you normally do
Or you could try a stress test program.

It scans the windows system files and it it finds errors it fixes them.
The code itself is from Microsoft.
I just stole it from a @Bastet previous post to save me typing it out again.

Right click on start & choose powershell/terminal with admin & type/copy & paste these cmds one at a time then click Enter:
If you must you can use CMD as admin

Back to the power supply, EVGA make a bunch, spread out across the complete quality spectrum to cover all price points, see here; PSU Tier List rev. 17.0g - Cultists Network
They have models in the Tier A - High End range, and in each range, right down to the Tier F - Replace Immediately.

While 600w isn’t too bad, the model/version of the PSU comes into play if it isn’t supplying a consistent, clean, sine wave across all the voltage rails.
So when you can, pull off that metal cover you marked in the photo and find us the make/model of the EVGA unit. (y)
