Let’s show the complete PC specs using Speccy by Piriform.
In Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
Paste that link into your post.
Is Speccy safe?
Let’s list your installed programs using MiniToolBox by FarBar.
In MTB, tick List Installed Programs, click Go then close the program.
A file MTB.txt is created in the same folder, attach that in your post.
Also, how how are upgrading BIOS?
It’s been a while since I did a Gigabyte mobo upgrade, but I seem to recall you could either use the BIOS menu itself to check online, or download the firmware and tell BIOS where to get the upgrade from, or use the Gigabyte supplied software to install it.

I am updated to f12 now, I just download the bios file from gigabyte website, place on root directory of usb then plug USB into my q-flash specific usb port and used my qflash plus button when the computer is powered off
I have reset the PC completely and I’m gonna try and re download some games and see if I can run some now my bios is back up to date, just give me 1 day and I’ll get back to you if it works or if the still crash
Yeah i have installed all of those in that order and im still unable to play a single game some crash and put me back to desktop and others crash my whole PC and restart
i have a couple games working now, after installing everything i gave my games a fresh install and got a couple of them working, PC Specialist has been helping me as well through a few steps and looking at my Event Logs. Im still getting some errors but the games ive tested so far are fine, its more when i was playing gears 5 from the xbox app or microsoft store were the main crashes so im going to fresh install gears and give it some games to see if the crashes are less frequent or if theer are some more issues still at play
