Fwiw, even high end gaming notebooks like Dell Alienware that have OCd CPUs, GPUs and RAM would suffer a similar delay and the best way to reduce such lag as best as you can is to always install Windows on it own SSD or in the case of only the one SSD being present Windows should be installed on a seperate partition away from other data, faster, boot, faster access time, easier to keep backed up and far less likely to become corrupt or compromised.
