Do you have another drive/SD card connected at startup? If yes remove this & see if the problem remains.
Have you run Sfc & dism yet?
you have an SSD which is listed as unknown, is this an internal or external drive? If external is it in a caddy?

To add another possibility, what user account are you using? Does it have administrative privileges? What is the second account on your machine?

The problem was my mouse, changed mouse and issue stopped however now I have a new problem

My ethernet cable isn’t able to access the Internet but WiFi works on other devices (I don’t believe I have WiFi on my motherboard so I don’t think that’s why the option doesn’t show but I’m not sure)

(I’m also very appreciative for all your help, truly thank you so much)

What error message shows when you try connecting to the internet via Ethernet?
You can add a USB Wi-Fi adapter which will give the PC Wi-Fi capability.

If you go to https://accounts.google.com/ does the login screen show?
The Friends error appears on my pc too but selecting retry usually works.

To add to what has already been stated.

No particular order and one at a time and see if that clears it up.

If it happens again reboot the modem and router if there is one.

Reboot the computer may have been a fluke for whatever reason.

reset the NIC to factory via Command and or Windows.

                      is internet working now?
                      If not
Open the cmd prompt and either type or copy and paste

What is in Blue. What is in Red is what you do e.g Enter (Press the Enter key)

Either type or copy and paste what is in [COLOR=rgb(41, 105, 176)]Blue. What is in Red is what you do e.g [COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)]Enter (Press the Enter key)

                      [COLOR=rgb(41, 105, 176)]ipconfig /all >β€œ%userprofile%\desktop\ipconfig.txt” [COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)]Enter

This should put a text file on your desktop. Please attach the file in your reply.

The information this gives cannot be used to hack your computer.
