Do you have another drive/SD card connected at startup? If yes remove this & see if the problem remains.
Have you run Sfc & dism yet?
you have an SSD which is listed as unknown, is this an internal or external drive? If external is it in a caddy?
The problem was my mouse, changed mouse and issue stopped however now I have a new problem
My ethernet cable isnβt able to access the Internet but WiFi works on other devices (I donβt believe I have WiFi on my motherboard so I donβt think thatβs why the option doesnβt show but Iβm not sure)

What error message shows when you try connecting to the internet via Ethernet?
You can add a USB Wi-Fi adapter which will give the PC Wi-Fi capability.
