What is was the error message that you get when accessing this site. Are there any others that are similar causing the same issue.

Im certain the issue of the game not loading is to do with resetting my ip with the cmd command

Its just that site and it was that my browser was taking too long to respond. Also the rockstar launcher app shows an error code #3000.108

The solutions for the error code was to run that command but I cannot do that when the permissions of full control keep resetting to Read only every time my PC restarts

The biggest issue is that you should not have to run that command every time that you want to run the game.

Even when i run the command it says to restart to finish the reset of the IP but when i restart the registry permissions revert back to the original so I cant actually run the game

Run a new speccy report and let’s see if the error message shows us by running a Minitoolbox report

You will need to download to a working system then use an external device to run on the affected system.
Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop. Right click on the file and select Run as Admin

Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options.

Select all

Click on Go.

Have you enabled the admin account, and installed it the game from there and tested as suggested?

Yes my account is the admin account

I think i fixed it, I just did a System Restore Point from a week ago and everything works now. Thanks for all your help!

I understand that, but it is not the same as the built in admin account. Anyhow , seems you fixed the issue.
