Well, I tested the ram to see if it was the issue, I tried with one ram at a time in an unused slot, but it didn’t make the performance any better or worse. I think I’ve settled on trying to get a similar pc to test, in case it some thing i’m doing / or my peripherals. Then if not, I’ll swap part for part with my own pc until I figure it out.

            Go into setting
            Now select System
            On the right select About
One the left look for Windows Specification
Post what is for Edition and Version

This is similar to a Windows 11 update that has been released that may be causing this issue.

Hey, I’ve still not gotten any closer to figuring this out. I am going to be ordering a similar spec pc to hopefully figure out what part (or potentially me) is causing the problem. The only thing holding me back is the exams, but I’ve scheduled to be working on this with a friend from december 16th onwards. So hopefully there will be some answers then.

Time for me to ask the dumb questions
You play the game offline, Although the game is offline is the computer itself disconnected from the internet?

Are you using a TV for your monitor ? if yes
Can you borrow a monitor to test?

I’ll give it a shot playing completely disconnected, and let you know. As for the second question. Yes, it is a TV (LG cx 48"). I have had the pc at repairs where it was tested on a monitor, but since he encountered the same problems I suspect it wouldn’t make a difference. But it is something I would like to test, if I find an opportunity.

Yes it can also depend on the monitor if it was a g sync monitor or not.
                                Could make a difference.
It you could borrow a standard montior to test.
