    Laptop starts to blank screen

I have a HP x360 and just upgraded to Windows 11..Install went fine but now when power back on it shows the HP logo and says please wait then just goes to blank screen…The cursor is there and can move with mouse. I did the 15 seconds on the power button and then did power up again and same problem…Did a f11 and a diagnose of startup and said cant fix so hit restart windows and same problem..Any suggestions ty..

This is happening just after you upgraded to Windows 11?

How long are you allowing it to finish the setup and configuration before pressing the power button?

What version of Windows was on the system before?

Where did and how was the install media created for Windows 11?

Can you access the system using Safe Mode?

See of you can get the system to roll back to a time when it was working there may have been an update/patch that they system did not like.

You never state how long you wait unit you press the power button.

While in Safe Mode run System File Checker

Could also see if a Clean Boot reveals anything.

You can also see if under the troubling section if a repair install helps at all if not maybe looking at a fresh install.

I have been seeing more and more issues with people that have update and preformed a clean install of Windows 11 via the cloud install.

Suggest that you try using the Create Windows 11 Installation Media from here and preform a clean install using the media.
