Login with your normal account
Right click on start & choose command prompt with admin & copy and paste
rd /s /q C:\UsersUsername\Desktop$Recycle.bin
Username = the name you log in with
Press the Enter key

NB this cmd is similar to the one you used before but not exactly the same

Malnutrition and PeterOz New finding Please note when I run ‘Run Ccleaner’ the recycle bin icon become ‘empty’ from ‘full’ icon’ and also note the ‘empty recycle bin’ turn grey out in the menu. It seem that Ccleaner is taking control of the recycle bin, this is my opinion. I hope from this new finding what can be done to release the control of Ccleaner in the recycle bin. Thanks.

For some reason or other my start button search run is not working and also there is no command pomp in the accessories folder even I type CMD in the search box. I have to go to system32 folder to find it to used. There is however windows power tool in the accessories folder which I am not familiar how to use. The cmd I tried did not work but the earlier used in post 5 is OK. I have attach the CMD snapshot.
