The computer let me install Windows 7 iOS from a USB, but idk what happened I let my sister in law use it and have not a clue what she did but now it won’t boot, read a boot device, or go past letting me in system settings and diagnostic test
Would anyone be able to help me with my Dell desktop? Have some issues with an older system that I bought

One way to solve this is just re-install the OS.
Please give us the complete Dell spec’s.

Have you tried getting into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key while the computer is restarting.
From where was the Windows 7 media on the USB device obtained.
Can you check the Windows 7 USB device in another computer to make sure the media is good.
Have you changed the boot order in the BIOS so that it boots from the USB device first, the option is sometimes list as “external hard drive”
Is the 500GB HDD that you fitted detected and named in the BIOS, if yes, is it enabled as the first boot device.
