Zemana should uninstall through windows add/remove programs or better still by using revo uninstaller HERE . If you still have difficulty try re-installing it and then try to remove it in safe mode..

well the program zemana" would not “completely” uninstall with PC uninstaller and remained a “problem” … when i tried to uninstall “error mesgs” kept coming up,and wanted me to “reinstall, but the only reinstall that was an optional item was “pay to play” so to speak … yes, it wanted me to pay and upgrade” before it would uninstall (that’s the way i took it anyway)
now i’m going to run the "revo product " you sent me, and we’ll see what happens …
          thanks, and i’ll be back
          thanks , steve

You can also use Geek Uninstaller on Force Mode to remove Zemana. But I am unsure how a free program without real time protection can hinder your computer use??

Depending on what happens with the above instructions maybe another look at a log might be in order??
