I just installed a windows 8.1 over windows 10. It doesn’t run properly with bunch of drivers missing. The manufacturer does not support windows 8.1. I can’t download all the driver installation packages for Windows 8.1. Is it possible to identify the make and model of drivers by doing some checking in the system? or by 3rd party driver download software?

First line should be the one
I believe my laptop misses the basic drivers as you can see in the screenshot. Say, network adapters, there are only drivers for Ethernet. Nothing for WIFI. And I can’t add a driver to the network adapters even if I found one. There is no basic ones to update from.
Is there no way to get the basic hardware drivers for a fresh install of Windows 8.1 over a pc preinstalled with Windows 10?Comment
