Re-seat the M.2 2242 card
Pop the bottom cover, remove the single retaining screw, pull the card, inspect the gold edge, blow out dust, re-insert firmly and tighten. (As always: ground yourself, and be sure this won’t void your regional warranty.)

Disk 0 Online 0 B means the drive is answering but not presenting storage.
After a hard power-cycle and re-seat, if the capacity is still zero, treat it as a failed NVMe and invoke Lenovo warranty service.

Shut the laptop down completely
• Unplug AC and disconnect the battery (or flip its switch)
• Hold the power button 30 s to drain residual power
• Re-attach battery, plug AC, power on and re-run [ICODE]diskpart list disk[/ICODE]

The screws are just very small, I’m in Japan and we’ve been struggling to find. Even bought a little set of them but they ended up being slightly too big
