I’m exactly sure how to disable Wake on Lan with my adapter because the steps going into configuring the adapter were different, as my adapter doesn’t have a wake on magic packet option to click on and disable.

Other than that, my computer hasn’t crashed all week. There’s been a couple times where my internet just drops and I have to work at getting it back up, but no blue screens.

Good deal. You might consider powerline adapters for your house. You can use Ethernet via powerline, faster than WiFi and no drilling holes. ???

I do believe it would be the best option for you, this way you can connect via ethernet, since wifi is not seeming to be working out for you. You could just use this for your machine alone to start. Then if you like, expand…
