I am kinda curious if there are any more drivers still on your machine associated with those VPN’s .
Here is a little tool I have been working on.
It will search for drivers in common locations, and add their filepaths to a log on the desktop.
Download the attached program driver parse tool.
Unzip to your desktop.
[COLOR=rgb(243, 121, 52)]Right Click run as admin.
Drag and drop the Driverlist,txt onto the small rectangular window in the tool.
Click Process files.
A new file named drivers.txt will appear on the desktop.

I got a new wifi dongle and it worked fine immediately. Again, things may get messed up later on as it did with the previous dongle, but I will post in case that happens. Would you like me to still try this last step?

Right Click Run as admin.
Click get Drivers list.

Also in the zip file I am uploading, PCHF Log tool.
Right click run as admin.
Click Gather logs.
A new file named PCHF.txt will be on the desktop.
Attach that here, the tool will automatically zip up your dump files onto the desktop as well.
