audio problem in windows 10

hey, i’m using windows 10, i have laptop acer swift3, i5,8th gen

i’m trying to install audio driver from offical website and install it to my laptop but nothing worked

i clicked right and checked properties its showing error -

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device,

One way to find the correct drivers, on your Audio as shown in 1st Picture, right click it, properties - Details Tab - From Drop Down Arrow select Hardware ID, this will give you the actual ID, as per the txt files you attached Intel(R) Dynamic Platform “VEN_8086&DEV_1903&SUBSYS_129A1025&REV_0B” if you copy /paste into a google search you’ll get results, like this one, Intel Driver download the files for your device. Just be careful where you get drivers from not all places are good. The Actual Manufactures ( intel or Acer) are safer, but that linked site has never given me any problems .
