    audio problem in windows 10

    hey, i’m using windows 10, i have laptop acer swift3, i5,8th gen

    i’m trying to install audio driver from offical website and install it to my laptop but nothing worked

    [ATTACH type=β€œfull”]10602[/ATTACH]

    i clicked right and checked properties its showing error -

    [COLOR=rgb(209, 72, 65)]The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

    There are no compatible drivers for this device.

    To find a driver for this device,

    i tried almost every method, like watched 100s videos and 100+ articals about that

    Download Unknown Device Identifier v9.00

    [li]Run it.[/li][li]Allow it to complete.[/li][li]Hit File >>Save[/li][li]The default name will be DeviceList[/li][li]Save it to your desktop.[/li][li]Open DeviceList.txt copy contents.[/li][li]Attach it here.[/li][/ul]

        now i scanned again but i can’t see the same error but i save all the files

              One way to find the correct drivers, on your Audio as shown in 1st Picture, right click it, properties - Details Tab - From Drop Down Arrow select Hardware ID, this will give you the actual ID, as per the txt files you attached Intel(R) Dynamic Platform β€œVEN_8086&DEV_1903&SUBSYS_129A1025&REV_0B” if you copy /paste into a google search you’ll get results, like this one, Intel Driver download the files for your device. Just be careful where you get drivers from not all places are good. The Actual Manufactures ( intel or Acer) are safer, but that linked site has never given me any problems . When you click on the link theres another from Acer [ATTACH type=β€œfull” alt=β€œAcer Drivers.jpg”]10607[/ATTACH]

                  Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST) Audio Controller
                  in device manager

                  again i scanned my laptop with Unknown Device Identifier and i’m happy, i’m not getting any red error there

                      In device manager, right click and uninstall all audio related drivers and reboot the machine.
