Pc is having problems need help can’t find

I’ve been at this for a few months now and I just can’t fix or find how to do this.

So a little run down. I wanted to do a fresh reinstall of windows 10 so I flashed everything just so I don’t have any viruses or whatever from my previous stuff. After I did that I got to install the windows 10 from my usb media and It’s installing then it would hit 95% and let’s be something is wrong. so my brothers pc is build the same as mine but with a different gpu so I installed windows on his pc and it works. Now I installed the hard drive back on to my pc and it works but really weird, sometime i’ll be downloading things and it’s corrupted or broken files. It blue screens if there is to much stuff going on, google chrome crashs if more then 10 tabs are open, I can update anything.

This is the lasted code i got 0xc000021a and it keeps going into a boot and crash so i don’t know what to do. I have no idea what it could be but everything is really off or weird on this computer now.

I’ve replaced almost everything on this pc
    Parts list
    amd 5 2600
    rx570 8gb
    16 gb ram 2133
    600w vega BR
    Asrock b450m pro4 5.30 bio
    2Tb hard drive

Test the hard drive for errors:
About CrystalDiskInfo A HDD/SSD utility software which supports a part of USB, Intel RAID and NVMe. Aoi Edition Standard Edition Shizuku Edition Kurei Kei Edition Download System Requirements .NET Framework 4.8 or later is required to use the latest email notification features. NVMe support required Windows 10/Server 2016 or later. Installer does not support Windows

Did you already have the installation media on USB or did you create it on your brother’s PC? If on your brother’s PC did you choose to create media for another PC?

did you put your hard drive in his machine, install Windows onto it via the USB stick, then put that drive back in your PC?

I would re-create the USB stick using the Windows Media Creation Tool and use that stick on your PC with an empty drive.

Yes I took my new hard drive and installed windows on his machine. Then installed it back into my pc and it works but half works. I would but my pc is giving me this now

              Blue screen restarts
Stop code : system thread exception not handled

when you had your drive in his PC and installed Windows, it would have installed the drivers for his hardware.
now you have the drive in your PC, and the hardware has changed, it either can’t update the drivers, or can’t activate, or something else.

I would wipe the drive, redo the USB boot image and reload Windows on your drive in your PC.
and when you make the bootable USB image, tell it that it will be for another PC.

After making the usb - to use on another computer
Go to the Asrock website for that model mb and download the drivers onto the same usb stick
                  reformat the drive
                  install windows
                  install chipset drivers firs
                  install other drivers
                  then connect to internet

                        Convert MBR to GPT

NB this will wipe all data from the drive
Boot from Win 10 install usb
When you get to the startup screen (pic attached)
                        Press Shift + F10 key
you should get a X:> prompt
What is in blue you type in red you do
                        e.g Enter press enter key
