If you have problems after doing things right you are not to blame, do things wrong from the outset and I`m afraid you will never know if you have created the very problems that you are having.

Just a fyi, the chipset drivers are compiled specifically for your MB and the reason why they have to be installed first is because the chipset is what enables the MB to be able to communicate with the other hardware, the GPU drivers as previously mentioned are basically a dumbed down version that reduce the power demand so as to reduce internal heat and prolong battery life.

Your PC to do as you see fit, you know what needs to be done but it is up to you whether you do it, a clean install of Windows and the system drivers may not even be the solution but I would be doing it even if just to rule it out.

Other than the above, cleaning out the insides of heat trapping dust and trying another AC adaptor should be done.

I have created multiple backup restore points, so I might just well try to install all the drivers again. Thank you all for the help and your time, I appreciate it. Will keep you updated, if the situation changes.

So, do I need to install only the chipset driver first and then let windows install other through Windows update, or to install everything manually?

            Everything manually is the best
Drivers by windows are more of a generic driver

Yeah, I see, but no. 2 is installing all the updates. That doesn’t work for me as Windows also installs all the drivers with the updates. So..yeah

Is there a way to block windows from installing the drivers in Windows update?

                  To stop driver updates

                  Other updates - not advisable

Both have to be installed manually and the best way to do this is to save the drivers to a USB flashdrive, clean install Windows offline then install the chipset and Acer GPU drivers from the flashdrive, once done, restart and test.
