Yeah, though I will say that I did install all drivers and stuff as soon as it installed. So I didn’t really let it run before everything was on it again. Though I am currently trying to disable the drivers that are not recognized in safe mode, and slowly re enable them in normal mode to narrow it down.

Small update, so I did the safe mode driver disable thing. I found that all the drivers were fine when enabled in safe mode, except specifically for the i3-9100F processor drivers. For some reason when I had those enabled, it was the only time I got a BSOD ofIRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. After I disabled them again in safe mode, I ran a few β€œBurn In Tests” from passmark. Everything went smoothly, except I received 10 runtime errors with RAM when I set the test settings to the max for the RAM test. But on normal, it was fine and passed with 0. I also rolled back the GPU drivers to an early 2020. I read online that it was fairly stable and it seems so far that I have had better luck with it than the new ones.

Another update, I used an app called FixWin10. I know a lot of those repair software are fake, but this one just runs windows scripts with a button rather than actually going to run and cmd prompt. So after I did them, I was able to run the benchmark for 15 minutes when it stopped as it had passed. Then the computer was able to idle (without it going to sleep or the screen turning off) for 24 hours without any issues. However, as soon as I started her game, the computer froze with having no keyboard or mouse inputs. I had to do a hard shutdown as it was not blue screening or unfreezing.

Try and unpark all of your cores.
Frequency scaling, turbo boost, c-state, prformance optimization and cpu temperature monitoring

And turn Turbo boost to 100%

Do you know what the frequency scaling should be? Mine is set to 5%

More news, so I did what Malnutrition said. It still froze up quickly on Webkinz. I thought it might be a problem with that specific game, so I downloaded TF2 and ran an it on an idle server just to see. Within about 5 min, the game crashed with a event log of:
β€œFaulting application name: hl2.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x4b2956ff
Faulting module name: shaderapidx9.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x4b295636”

However, I was getting around 180-200fps. I thought it may be a fluke. So I ran TF2 again. Within about 10 min, I got a BSOD of Machine Check Exception.

in the vast majority of cases, the solution is to properly reinstall shaderapidx9.dll on your PC, to the Windows system folder. Alternatively, some programs, notably PC games, require that the DLL file is placed in the game/application installation folder.

You can try and move it from the system folder.
Make a restore point first

@DrWorm - I realise it’s the Easter long weekend, but do you have any updates?
(just trying to keep things moving)

Non yet, it still does fine idling. I might contact gigabyte about the mobo. I’m not sure if there’s an issue with it or if they know anything more about compatibility with the ram or CPU.

Well now it seems like everything should be fine since I changed the ram and the i3-9100F is already supported. I might see about downgrading the bios. When I first got the mobo, it specifically said I’d need F15 to have compatibility with the i3, so I updated it to F16. But now based on that list, it’s been compatibile since F12.

Customers will NOT be able to reverse to previous BIOS version due to major vulnerabilities concerns.
