βFaulting application name: hl2.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x4b2956ff
Faulting module name: shaderapidx9.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x4b295636β

in the vast majority of cases, the solution is to properly reinstall shaderapidx9.dll on your PC, to the Windows system folder. Alternatively, some programs, notably PC games, require that the DLL file is placed in the game/application installation folder.Comment
