Your processor does not support windows 10 32/64 bit according to the following sites.
    CPU Intel Pentium T4200 @ 2.00GHz
    Penryn 45nm Technology

    https://www.intel.com/content/www/us...rocessors.html
This specification details the processors that can be used by OEMs to manufacture Customer Systems that include Windows Products (including Custom Images).

Have you tried disabling the security software?

Another only option is to get a Dual Layer DVD and write the disk.

Clear out some of the stuff from the Hard Drive another issue is the lack of space to see if that helps at all.

See if a friend can create the USB drive for you.

Once you get the USB drive created you will have to delete everything on the system and preform a clean install going form a 32-bit OS to a 64-bit OS.

Hello again, I just tried changing the settings in Rufus from UEFI to BIOS and this time it started booting until I received a new “BOTMGR is missing” error! So, I don’t think the problem is with the USB! The hard drive is empty. Firewall is turned on thought. Could that be causative?

Stop using Rufus it is not working never really has.

I use USB Writer have had zero issues with it.
A cross-platform tool to flash OS images onto SD cards and USB drives safely and easily. Free and open source for makers around the world.

Hers is another that have used and have had zero issues with.
Download USBWriter for free. USBWriter lets you write an image file to an USB drive on Windows. USBWriter is tiny Windows tool that lets you write an image file directly to an USB drive. It requires no installation and depends on no bloated framework, it's just a little program that you may put on your desktop.

Run a check disk on the HDD to make sure that it is not failing or going bad.

I’ve tried a tool called PowerISO for creating a bootable USB and once I’ve restarted the device, the Windows 10 logo appeared followed by the following error message

The device is HP Precario Compaq CQ61 (3GB RAM/Pentium T4200 CPU/BIOS Version: Hewlett-Packard F.23). It currently runs on Windows 7 32bit but the processor supports 64bit (I’ve checked). I’ve downloaded the Windows 10 x64 (build 10074) .iso file from uptodown.com. I’ve used PowerISO to boot it into a USB. Once I’ve restarted my PC, the Windows 10 logo appeared for a while, after which, I’ve received the following error window

I’ve checked the .iso SHA256 with the one on the download page to check for corruption (it’s a match). I’ve used chkdsk to check for damage on the USB and nothing have appeared (the same when checking using other tools). I’ve tried booting the ISO file to the USB using other tools (including Rufus, Universal USB installer, UNetbooting - but not Media Creation Tool as it refused to run on my machine giving the error: “Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service”.

The settings on PowerISO were as following:

                Write Method: USB-HDD

                File System: Automatic

And, I believe it was formated in FAT32.

                What am I doing wrong?

                Appreciate any help in advance!

Is not a legal distributor of Windows we can no longer assist with this.

You were instructed to get the legal copy form the Microsoft site which you apparently refuse to follow
