I cleaned my C drive and defrag the C drive then restarted PC and it still keep happening but i think its not that often like before

Lets do this pull the Data and Power cable from the second HDD and leave the panel off. Do not thing that it is the drive this will validate it.
Leaving the panel off and with a soft bristle brush gently push down on each of the fans to see if the makes any change.
If you do not have a brush you can (power off) use a tooth pick to prevent the fan from spinning.
Is the system water cooled or air?
