Computer freeze for about 1 to 3 seconds even that iam not playing a games.

    Hi
My computer freeze for about 1 to 3 seconds with a horrible sound which i will attach.
This started happening after i installed new RAMs HyperX 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL10 Fury Black Series.
So i run memtest and it didnt report anything.
So i thought that disk is full so i cleaned it (C: drive 15gb of free space from 118gb and D:118gb of free space from 897gb)
    But it didnt fix.
    My PC:
    Motherboard : B85-G41 PC Mate (MS-7850)
    GPU : NVIDIA GeForce 1060 6GB
    CPU: Intel Core i7-4771
    New RAMs : HyperX 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL10 Fury Black Series

Ok 15 gb’s is not enough space for win 10 to run.. Since this looks like a 64 bit system the minimum space is 20 gbs for that.

According to a new update win 10 is now up to 32 gb’s for storage.

You probably should consider getting a bigger hdd…around 300 g’s or better..

Do you know if there are two separate drive or if this is one drive partitioned into two drives.

If this is a desktop post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Others may have more to say.
Did the system come with 16 GB Ram or did you add the 8 GB later?
There has been issue mixing and matching RAM like that where it can cause issue as well.
                          @phillpower2 @Bruce for a second opinion.

@rusty - I was able to open the .rar file with 7zip and play in .mp3 file inside.
                            did this work for you?
it’s that typical fingers down chalkboard, stepping on a cat’s tail, sort of noise that sends shivers down your backbone. as when you watch youtube vids on a slow connection and it loses the audio stream.

I added 8 GB later (HyperX 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL10 Fury Black Series) there is 2 difference between new RAMs and old RAMs and that is the new RAMs have 1600mhz but the old RAMs have 1333mhz but this should downclock to 1333mhz and thesecond difference is in CL the new have CL10 and old have CL 9 (i dont know if thats the problem).
