Hello, I have an asus K70io and I have tried uninstalling the camera, reinstalling and reinstalling the whole of Windows but still the camera is upside down? Iβve also done all Microsoft updates available and installed up to date drivers.

Hi everyone. Since I installed Windows 10 on my laptop, the camera is upside down. I know that this is a common problem, I googled a lot and searched on the forum as well, some managed to fix it by installing some Sonix drivers but nothing has worked for
If you open another camera app - say Skype - you should be able to flip the camera to correct the problem while using the app.
The general suggestion is that Asus installs certain cameras upside down & the drive is supposed to flip the image but since Windows 10 this isnβt happening within the camera app.Comment

Its windows 10 and when I brought the laptop it came with windows 10 and the camera working as it should but since doing small Microsoft updates, its flipped the cameraComment

Have you tried your system restore and try to go back before the updates?

First, if you can get into Windows, follow these steps to roll back an update:
