that is up to you there could be corruption with in windows that may be causing this.

Since you did a reinstall of windows you will need to install the chipset and drivers.

No Avast should not be there any more unless you install it or the browser.

Is the system still crashing?
Did you test the RAM like suggested? What were the results?

Did you ever test the RAM like was suggested?

Follow the instructions it may take a while if the HDD is larger give it time to complete.

To post the results follow these instructions

Here is one way that you can pull the log to view it. You can also COPY and PASTE the contents from the CHKDSKResults.txt file into a post.
1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog, type powershell.exe, and press Enter.
2. In PowerShell, copy and paste the command below, and press Enter.

get-winevent -FilterHashTable @{logname=โ€œApplicationโ€; id=โ€œ1001โ€}| ?{$_.providername โ€“match โ€œwininitโ€} | fl timecreated, message | out-file Desktop\CHKDSKResults.txt
3. CHKDSKResults.txt file will be created on your desktop, that is the log file of your chkdsk scan results from Event Viewer.

Curious if something else is going on hereโ€ฆ

Please download the FRST 32 bit or FRST 64bit version to suit your operating system. It is important FRST is downloaded to your desktop.

If you are unsure if your operating system is 32 or 64 Bit please go HERE.
Once downloaded right click the FRST desktop icon and select โ€œRun as administratorโ€ from the menu"
https://pchelpforum.net/attachments/icon2-jpg.794/
If you receive any security warnings, or the User Account Control warning opens at any time whilst using FRST you can safely allow FRST to proceed.
FRST will open with two dialogue boxes, accept the disclaimer.
https://pchelpforum.net/attachments/...aimer-jpg.795/
[ol]
[li]Accept the default whitelist options,[/li][li]If the additions.txt options box is not checked please select it.[/li][li]Then select Scan[/li][/ol]
https://pchelpforum.net/attachments/frst-jpg.796/
Frst will take a few minutes to scan your computer, and when finished will produce two log files on your desktop, FRST.txt, and Addition.txt. They will display immediately on the desktop, but can be reopened later as a notepad file.
https://pchelpforum.net/attachments/...52002-jpg.797/
Please Copy and Paste the contents of these logs in your next post for review by our Security Team[/IMG]

Lets try the link here and see if this work to get the information.

Once you get to step 4 and can see the one that you ran on the side select copy
Then in the text box here left click and select paste.

If the same information does not paste in then open note pad and pasted into there.
Save the file and attach it using the Attach files button on the lower left of that text box.

Plus everything shows that the RAM is bad and needs be replaced or the ports that the RAM insert int the Motherboard are bad and the Motherboard needs replaced.
