Lets start with this and other may have more information and suggestions.

First issue is you have two antivirus active.

Having more than one antivirus program running on a computer at the same time often causes conflicts, resulting in errors, slow performance, and failure to properly detect viruses.

          Avast Antivirus
          Antivirus: Enabled
Virus Signature Database: Up to date

          Windows Defender
          Antivirus: Enabled
Virus Signature Database: Up to date

          AV Uninstallers

Is nothing more than snake oil and never get them correct. Usually out of date and the wrong ones. Uninstall it.

According to the speccy report it is still installed active and running.

Try the uninstaller I posted and see if that helps to clear it out.

That is a possibility that the Avast Browser may be giving a miss reading.

Check to make sure that every thing is connected security for the power, data, RAM you will want to disconnect them then reconnect. Even the slightest jarring could dislodge something just enough.

DO NOT do the CPU and or heat sink.

While you are re checking all the other stuff inside you can check that and cover them with electrical tape as a precaution.

The RAM could be bad the best way to test that is by trying each stick in each memory slot individually.

Some motherboards require that RAM is installed in certain slots you will need to refer to manual for that information.
