hi guys having problem with my kids pc when hes playing roblox etc it keeps having BSOD weve had since we bought but i want to get it fixed now
ive tried lots like using driver tools and updating them changing parts like power supply graphics card etc but still having issues ive ran a memtest and so far it has 1 error i just wondered if anyone had any advice on what it is i will attach pic
Lets start with this and other may have more information and suggestions.
First issue is you have two antivirus active.
Having more than one antivirus program running on a computer at the same time often causes conflicts, resulting in errors, slow performance, and failure to properly detect viruses.
Avast Antivirus
Antivirus: Enabled
Virus Signature Database: Up to date
Windows Defender
Antivirus: Enabled
Virus Signature Database: Up to date
That is a possibility that the Avast Browser may be giving a miss reading.
Check to make sure that every thing is connected security for the power, data, RAM you will want to disconnect them then reconnect. Even the slightest jarring could dislodge something just enough.
I previously installed power supply unit a evga bronze and spares wires I just sit down the bottom of bux under hard drive is it possible these could ark out anywhere
no problem ive looked and looked before al the time al check again though during my memtest this morning i got 4 errors would that mean my ram is no good would u know
