Wireless headset audio + mic problem

Hi, i have a Sony WH-CH500 headset and i got a little problem there. I hear the sound very well when i’m not using the headset’s mic, but when i enter in a discord channel the audio freeze and just the microphone is working, but the audio is still working, but i can’t hear it. And it shows a pictogram that says discord is using the mic

Is it only in Discord that this is affected?

No, it is on every app that use my microphone. On my phone it’s working properly, but on windows not

Open the Control Panel and select Sound
Click on the Communications Tab
Try different setting

so when you pair the headphones into your smartphone, audio and mic work fine.
but paired to your PC and the audio stops once the mic is used - is that all correct?

what is the PC device?
is the headset only bluetooth connection?
what versions of bluetooth do both devices run?
