    Help !

    Hi so basically I went to reset my pc and once it started the pc froze and and shut off and now when I turn it on There is a black screen and I can’t do anything, and help would be very appreciated

    Hello

    What was your procedure with the reset? I am assuming that the black screen is upon booting..If not try going into safe mode.

      Yea it’s on on start up I’ve tired to go into safe mode and nothing happens it was when I went to reset my pc I moved my ram stick and the screen froze And shut off and now all I see is a black screen

            Does your motherboard have integrated graphics? If so, have you tried unplugging the video card and seeing if you get video from the on-board video?

              Yeah I’m pretty sure they do never took parts of my pc so I’ll have to give it a go

                Unplug my graphics card and switched to the motherboards graphics and still nothing

                  Did you make sure you removed it from the motherboard? Sometimes it’ll still try to boot to the video card even if it’s unplugged from power.

                    Yeah fully unplugged it from the motherboard and left it a side

                      Do you have a spare monitor to test? Also make sure all connections are tight. I know it sounds redundant, but I’ve come across the same issue everyday at work and 95% of the time it is is a loose cable connection.

                        I could try a new connection I mean the monitor recognises there is a hdmi just no display
