i guess you are up to the stage now where you either live with it and work around it or deem itโs annoying enough to go the next step.
yes, you can do a repair install of Win10 which just reloads the OS and leaves your files alone.
if you deem this step necessary, click Start and start typing reset, thatโll find Reset this PC which you click on to start the process.
youโll have to reload your programs though.
Open with does not appear with a dvd drive, or any drive for that matter. As far as I know its only available in the context menu when you right click a file which has an extension. I dont think there is anything amiss in your pc with โopen withโ
