          @auratodd,
          sounds like you are getting some to work and some not.
          find the ones that do work and what they have in common.
          then compare those to the ones that aren’t working.
          you should see a difference - file type, size, resolution - something.
          if that’s the case then you need to convert all the photos into the format that you know works.

          i gave up years ago burning that sort of stuff to DVDs/CDs, there were too many variables; they’d work in your TV but not someone else’s, the type of discs used, if there for -R or -RW, finalised or not, the speed you burnt them with - and the list goes on.
          drove me nuts and I made heaps of drink coasters.

          can I suggest you forget the burn to disc idea, either use an external hard drive, a USB stick or the cloud.
          that way that medium will work on any and all devices you take it to.

            What does Veeg mean? I want to show my travel pictures to my parents so the only way I can show them is on disc. Is there another way?

                I see no β€˜veeg’ in my post.
                Yes, there are other ways, as listed in my post.
                USB sticks, external hard drives, cloud storage like Dropbox, OneDrive.

                  Parents have a sony TV, I could put a card reader in the slot.

                    can’t say I ever thought of doing that - but I doubt it would work, but hey, give it a try.

                      I’ve tried everything else, it’ll just have to stay on my disc unwatched if that don’t work.

                        So why can’t you use a USB stick?

                          My parents have a Sony Bravia TV, so i might see if they have a slot in the side for a USB stick
