My pc keeps freezing and I tried a lot of stuff

Hello everyone, so my pc started freezing 2 weeks ago. My pc is only 1 year old and here are my specs, keep in mind that I already tried using single channel ram, looked at cpu temperatures which were normal, cpu usage, gpu temperature, heck I even tried to uninstall a windows update still nothing.. Im running out of options and idk how to fix this problem, please help me[ATTACH]4449[/ATTACH]

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:


List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Please post the log in your next reply

Please go HERE and download the portable version of Speccy. Save it to somewhere you can find, locate the file and as it comes as a Zip file use your favorite unzip application to decompress it. Open the newly created folder and double left click Speccy.exe if you have a 32 bit system or Speccy64.exe if yours is 64bit. If you are not sure what your system is click HERE.

That’s ok I wanted to fix this before the 7th since that’s when I need the pc for a tournament,since it freezes when I even try to play old games like minecraft

OK I went through your speccy log.

Everything looks OK, although your RAM is slow. Can you board support 1600MHz of DDR3 memory? Also, is your FX chip overclocked?

Well I have a dual channel I have read that when you use dual channel it looks like the speed is halved.I already tried to use single channel where the speed is 1866 but it still freezes.No my fx chip is not overclocked

Hello my power supply is seasonic gold 850 W and it’s age of use is around 1 year I have a warranty of 10 years on it.I didn’t run scans to test the hard drive but it is also around 1 year old.I never re-seated the hardware in the system since I built everything from scratch a year ago.
