Hello everyone, so my pc started freezing 2 weeks ago. My pc is only 1 year old and here are my specs, keep in mind that I already tried using single channel ram, looked at cpu temperatures which were normal, cpu usage, gpu temperature, heck I even tried to uninstall a windows update still nothing.. Im running out of options and idk how to fix this problem, please help me[ATTACH]4449[/ATTACH]

Hi @Kolapro and welcome to PCHF
Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
Please post the log in your next reply -

[li]Wait for this to finish before you continue[/li][li]Copy and paste the following command, press Enter.[/li]
[ICODE]findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log > %userprofile%\Desktop\sfc.txt[/ICODE]

That will create sfc.txt on your Desktop. Please attach sfc.txt to your next post:

You posted a photo of Speccy. I need a full log from it.
Please go HERE and download the portable version of Speccy. Save it to somewhere you can find, locate the file and as it comes as a Zip file use your favorite unzip application to decompress it. Open the newly created folder and double left click Speccy.exe if you have a 32 bit system or Speccy64.exe if yours is 64bit. If you are not sure what your system is click HERE.

BTW: once you have finished with speccy and no longer want it removing it is easy because it is a portable app with no install. Simply delete the downloaded file and folder you created when you decompressed it. Gone:thumbsup:Comment
