Hello and thank for allowing me to join. I have a rather mundane question regarding Facebook. I have some disabilities and find sites such as FB a Godsend as it keeps me โconnectedโ. The last three days all i get is โbufferingโ when I click on FB. I have tried everything that my limited knowledge allows but i am now at a loss what to do. I can get it on my phone and laptop.
Regards
Tessa
Can I ask what browser you are using on the computer that has the problem and if you are using the same browser and anti virus protection on the notebook that has no buffering issues.
1.Press the Windows key then type in cmd (do not press Enter)
2.In the search results that come up, right click โcmdโ and run as administrator, when the screen flashes and asks for permission, accept it.
3.In the command prompt type in ipconfig /flushdns (or right click and paste it to the command prompt) then press Enter.
You should then see a dialog box saying successfully flushed resolver cache, if so you are done post back with an update.
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
The last part of each URL is randomized, so only people you provide with the URL will be able to find your profile.

[li]Please go here and download Speccy.[/li][li]Install and run the program.[/li][li]Upon Completion:[/li][li]Hit File[/li][li]Publish Snap Shot[/li][li]A link will appear, post that link.[/li][/ul]

Ditto, but it would help us to help you if you post the requested info for us Tessa Kirk, if you are not sure as to how to do something please ask and one of us will guide you through it.
