My Surface Pro 8 is running very slow, much slower than my old pro 5

Hello, I have a Surface Pro 8 and always loved the hardware and ease of using Windows in the past, however lately my Surface Pro 8 has been super slow. I can only open maybe 8 or so internet tabs at once before it starts freezing up and it often takes forever just to turn it on. Even searching in the search menu seems slow. My old surface pro 5 which I had for years never even got this bad.

Could someone be kind enough to guide me through whatever that scanning process is to help determine the problem with my computer and fix it?

Not really my forte.
I would make a system image/backup as a first step.
next is to either do a refresh of windows or ask @Malnutrition if his tools can find anything.

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop.
Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.
When the program opens check mark Select All Then hit GO
Please post the log in your next reply. Attach or copy and paste, whatever is easier for you.

Disable everything you do not use, just leave system restore enabled.
