  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are fixed and should now send properly. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

Thanks for clarifying that all SATA ports had been tried but what about why you swapped SATA cables and ports in the first place, the information may be a clue as to what is going on.

Can I ask what you mean by recovery mode, Windows has a Recovery Environment ( RE ) that includes an Advanced Troubleshooting area that includes among other things Safe Mode and System Restore etc, is this what you are seeing.

Can you try the Safe Mode ( No Networking ) option for us then post back with an update before trying anything else.

Not heard back from you aislinganna97, do you still require assistance or is the issue now resolved, an update would be appreciated.
