Hello

What browser were you using to download chrome? Please give us all of your pc spec's.

Yep. Just so you know, I just installed windows 10 right, and i typed a free installation key from some random online site.

Somehow,it rebooted my pc and apparently it screwed me over as now my windows 10 has the "Activate Windows 10" icon on the bottom right. I want to know if my windows 10 has some sort of virus or is it just an old key?

To remove it, i would have to buy a key right? If so, are the ones sold cheaply online safe?

PS. Everything works fine tho just has the icon popping out now.

Random sites don't work. You need a legitimate key purchased from Microsoft.

3rd party keys just get blacklisted, so you're lucked out either way.
