windows 10 pc unrecognised network error - can no longer get on internet

No idea why you are seeing this as two lines it is one solid command line using the Admin Command Prompt.

ipconfig /all >"%userprofile%\desktop\ipconfig.txt

Here is an image of the original post. Which is null right now.

Two things that you can do.

1. Factory reset on the Hub.
2. Contact Virgin Media since they are the supplier of the Hub and have them check or replace it.

The ports are ither misconfigured and or showing signs that they are faulty.
