I’m posting here because I’m at a lost what to do, we (as in wife and I) purchased a Msi Trident 3 for our son(14) for Christmas. First game he wants and downloads in GTA V. Bought a digital copy from GameStop went to Rockstar 9hr download, only for it to say D3Dcompiler_43.dll missing. Me being the ( I think I can fix this dad) I go to Microsoft download DirectX, restart computer, says the same thing. I did unfortunately try a site I seen in YouTube to download the missing D3D only for it to say missing xinput1_3.dll missing so I tried to download that...... then I get system error 0xc000007b. Spent 4hra last night live chat with Microsoft, and 4hrs with Rockstar games nothing was fixed still can’t play the game. So my question is, is there anyone here that can help

Welcome to PCHF XxGrimReaperxX,

Not an unusual case this, lets see what hardware etc you are running;

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
