Just as an FYI Microsoft has indeed been cutting off support for user's running older hardware. See this link, [URL='https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/7fz1qs/psa_those_with_ati_hd4000_series_or_older/']PSA: Those with ATI HD4000 series or older Graphics using Windows 10 1607 or older, incoming problems.
