I've contacted a malware by puting a text in run and i also pressed enter like a fool. It was something like "mshta.... i am not a robot, etc." Then the problems started.. stole my money from the steam acc, he sended scams on discord from my acc .. I've searched for this virus and every information that I've gathered was directing towards a factory reset and a new win 10 instalation then change all the passwords. At work I've put win 10 on a usb ready to do it today but before doing that i saw that i needed to factory reset my pc. Well i am doing it rn but i seems to be stuck at 45% for the last 40-50 minutes. What should i do?

While 40-50mins is quite long, let's just be patient and wait, if after 90mins, turn it off.
Also make sure you are off the web, in case it's trying to do updates as part of the 'reset'.
Internet unpluged my borther. Thx for the advice, I'll come back after another hour with hopefully good news. 🥂
