Hey i js recently got a new pc built and im having wifi issues. My motherboard did not come with wifi so i got a wifi adapter. It worked at the store but when i got home when i tried to connect to wifi it kept saying “couldn’t connect”. i was watching a video on how to fix it and it said uninstall the drivers and it will restore itself after restarting the pc. The problem is, i can’t reinstall the drivers because my pc doesn’t have wifi and when i try to detect the adapter it doesn’t work. I need help and would appreciate if anyone knows how to fix this

Need more info. (y)

Make/model of the wifi adapter, of the PC's motherboard, and of the modem/router you are trying to connect to.

To at least get you connected, why not move the PC to the modem and connect via an ethernet cable?
