Hello I've been searching this for 2 weeks now and I can't find the answer myself.. I want to upgrade my ram from 16gb to 32gb, the only problem is I don't know which one I should pick. Could anyone help me please?

PC Specs:

Cpu: Intel i7 11700k
Gpu: Nvidia RTX 3070
Motherboard: Intel Z490 chipset motherboard (from Lenovo)

g'day and welcome to the forums. :)

if you go to your motherboard manufacturer's website, they should have a QVL (Quality Vendors List) which shows all the compatible memory for their motherboards.

it's usually a right little bugger to find, but it should be there - somewhere. (y)

This is the CPU specs only. Not your motherboard as Bruce mentioned.
