What I mean by that is that sometimes itll just freeze on the desktop as soon as I log
it only happens after the pc freezes once and I turn it back on.
Sorry for the poor wording but by log in I mean put in the password to enter the desktop.Not trying to be difficult here but what do you mean by log in?
Entering a password to get straight into Windows 10 is not logging in whereas if you use an online Microsoft account to get into Windows 10 that is deemed to be logging in, there is a major difference between the two, an internet connection is required for one but not the other and if using the internet connection it suggests that the problem may be with that, security issues such as browser - Norton plug ins.

yeah im aware of this however the pc ran for a very long time without it being licensedMTB is showing that Windows 10 is unlicenced.
