very bad draw distance and pop in

I bought my pc a few weeks ago and since then I have been noticing really bad pop ins and draw distance while playing games, I have tried changing settings around but nothing works. my temps and utilisation numbers are average. anyone know of any solutions?

specs are: 1660 super, i5 10500 and 16gb of 2666 corsair ram.
 
Sorry but never heard of pop ins or draw distance, can you explain what both of them mean.

What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

Is your RAM a single 16GB stick or two Xs 8GB sticks.

what I mean is like items, people, buildings or just textures in general only loading or spawning in when I get very close. for instance when playing assassins creed odyssey there are fire barrels or benches in the cities, these begin to fade in when I approach but disappear when I move away even a few feet.
my power supply is a ''CORSAIR 650W CV SERIES'' and I am using two sticks of 8gb ram

CV = Corsair Value and should not be used anywhere near a PC that has a decent add on video card like yours, they are made with thinner wiring and weaker capacitors to keep manufacturing costs down, you will find it on Tier C • Recommended for cheap mid/low-end systems here short version, you need a better quality Gold efficiency rated PSU.

Your choice if you wish to test the GPU while you still have the present PSU but you do so at your own risk and we will do no more than providing the testing information.
