that GPU doesn't need a lot of power, but still has a minimum requirement of at least a 400watt power supply.
does the HP have that?
I'd be looking at something at least 550watt to have everything running nicely.

the GPU doesn't seem too big, but check its dimensions against the available space inside the case to make sure.
the GPU requires additional power via a 6pin cable, does the PC's power supply have one?

looks like the Z420 has 2 X16 PCIex slots, so you should be good.

is it going to play all the games you want?
