Okay, if those two don’t work is there an alternative or at that point I just need to get a warranty?

If repair fail
New install
New install fail
Warranty
Because it must be hardware related
It seems like installing windows again has worked while repairing didn’t, thank you for saving my pc I ran into so much troubles these past couples weeks and you have lifted my stress off so much thank you thank you again.

We need to finish off
Do you know the make and model of the computer E.G HP Dell etc
Or the make and model of the motherboard - for drivers
I don’t know the model and the others so far but I can try to take a look, I know how to know the motherboards but for the rest I don’t know how to find out about it

Can you Download and run and then post. https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

The last part of each URL is randomized, so only people you provide with the URL will be able to find your profile.

Okay I have done what you said, is there more to do? Only part I have not understood would be the last part.

Right click on start>device manager
Check for any yellow marks next to devices. see attached

Did you install other things on C drive ?
You are already running out of space - 23% free which is odd with a new install

There is no yellow marks and I did install some games or other programs but I have another drive which most majority of what I download is in there

You need to be careful
Under 32% free space you can get issues with updates and just general performance.
Check that there is not a folder called windows.old (should not be)
If there is delete it.
Also low space makes it harder to set restore points.
If no yellow marks = Great
If things like sound etc do not seem as good as before go back to the motherboard site and
download /update the drivers from that site.
Also just keep windows defender as your anti virus - as good or better than others.

If your happy with things I think we are done
Will I ask for the thread to be marked Solved?
You can always pm a mod to have the thread re opened
you have lifted my stress off so much thank you thank you again.
Your most welcome Glad we could help.

Cheers
