Thanks. I'll try that.

I now find that I'm being asked for Product Keys for Word, Excel etc in the new profile. Not sure I have those anymore! It seems I can alter any document or spreadsheet that I already have saved but am asked for the Product Key if I open a new page etc.
 
Here this tool should help, but I am going to ask someone else to look here. Because I am sure that migrating your profile should save the passwords etc...

You would have to log into the old profile and grab the keys from your programs...

Outlook now working fine - everything transferred.
Actually all the Microsoft Office progs also seem to be working OK now without demanding Product Keys etc. Don't know why that happened - passwords must still have been finding their way.....

suggest the following in place of adblock.
Alternate DNS Server. Ad Blocking DNS.
Ublock Origin.
Anti Ad Block Killer.

Now Lets Clean up the tools we used and remove old restore points.



Download DelFix by "Xplode" to your Desktop.
Right Click the tool and Run as Admin ( Xp Users Double Click)
Put a check mark next the items below:


Remove disinfection tools
Create registry backup
Purge System Restore




Now click on "Run" button.
allow the program to complete its work.
all the tools we used will be removed.
Tool will create and open a log report (DelFix.txt)
Note: The report can be located at the following location C:\DelFix.txt
